QUALITY BY PRODUCTION PHASES

Inspections of the fruit are carried out when it is harvested, once in the plant it is reviewed in the reception area (pre-packing inspection), to determine the characteristics of the product to be packed, it is also reviewed in the post-packing area (post-packing inspection) to validate that what was packed complies with the client's specification.

HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY

Control inspections of surfaces and materials (chlorine, wax, and fungicides) are carried out, and the cleaning and disinfection of the process is verified by applying microbiological methodologies with swabs on surfaces and the exterior environment to determine possible growth of Bacteria, Fungi, and Yeast. Integrated pest management systems at an agro-industrial level are monitored, as well as the verification and calibration of metrology equipment among other prerequisite programs of the BRC system.
